Comunidade do Lago Sul envia carta de protesto contra Administrador

Em 15 de Abril de 2024 – Redação

O Blog do Candango recebeu uma carta de protesto contra a autorização expedida pela atual Administração Regional para a realização do Carnaval Fora de Hora, segundo o movimento a possível aglomeração popular em meios as fortes epidemias de dengue e de COVID é totalmente fora de hora e a possível promoção do evento vem contra a lei do silêncio, a perturbação do sossego e causa insegurança aos moradores.

O evento tem previsão de acontecer no estacionamento do Hangar 5, na QI 05 do Lago Sul, e a comunidade informa que tenha agendar uma reunião com o atual Administrador Regional e a única informação que recebe da administração é que a agenda do titular da pasta encontra-se lotada.

Carta de protesto ao Administrador do Lago Sul

Senhor Administrador

         A comunidade do Lago Sul vem protestar veementemente contra a autorização dada para a realização do CARNAVAL FORA DE HORA. Consideramos essa autorização fora de hora e de noção. Fora de hora por promover aglomeração popular em meio de fortes epidemias de dengue e de COVID e fora de noção por promover o caos em toda região do Lago Sul, não respeitar uma zona de silencio próximo de hospitais, perturbar a paz e sossego de quem paga o mais alto IPTU da Capital e trazer para a comunidade a insegurança que esses eventos proporcionam.

          Causa revolta, senhor administrador, que a decisão de permitir tal festa, similar a famosa Festa da Selma, de triste memória, tenha sido tomada sem consulta à comunidade ordeira do Lago Sul que sempre contribuiu com essa administração. Ressaltamos que nossas objeções à realização desse evento data de longa data, sendo impossível que a Administração do Lago Sul desconhecesse nossa posição a respeito.

          Solicitamos há muitos anos que esse carnaval fora de época seja realizado em outro local que não no estacionamento do Hangar 5, na QI 5, pois alí provoca um imenso transtorno que se transmite a todo bairro, com seu barulho ensurdecedor, suas brigas e altercações, sujeira e confusões e engarrafamento do trânsito.

          Anualmente, anteriormente com o apoio e participação da Prefeitura Comunitária do Lago Sul e hoje mediante a decisiva presença do Movimento de Moradores Ativos do Lago Sul, protocolamos pedidos junto as administrações regionais que se sucedem e entregamos abaixo assinados com centenas de assinaturas de moradores e comerciantes para a não realização ou cancelamento do evento ou, ao menos, sua transferência para outro local.

          Sendo assim, além de declarar nosso protesto de como a Administração do Lago Sul trata os moradores desse bairro, reiteramos os pedidos de cancelamento do evento na QI 5 e sua transferência para área compatíveis com a motivação e porte de evento dessa natureza.

          Desse modo fica preservada a natureza eminentemente residencial do Lago Sul, respeitado tanto seus moradores como o plano urbanístico de Brasília e o legado de seus idealizadores e construtores: JK, Lucio Costa, Niemeyer e Israel Pinheiro.

  3. A Administração do Lago Sul alega que aprovou este evento privado na área pública do estacionamento de veículos do Hangar 5 em atenção aos arts 79 e 80 do Decreto Distrital n°37.843/2016. Ocorre que o citado decreto em nenhum dos seus artigos e parágrafos, define aquela área para a realização desse evento.
    Em 2017, 2018 e 2019 houveram edições deste evento – carnaval fora de época- Adocica naquele local e as lembranças não foram boas, com bagunça, bebedeiras, brigas, etc e com desrespeito a Lei do Silêncio. Os protestos e abaixo – assinados dos moradores das quadras internas 05 e 07 protocolados naquelas ocasiões na Administração do Lago Sul, nunca foram levados a sério.
    Agora, vemos um outro administrador e a mesma negligência e descaso com as mesmas reclamações e protestos.

  4. A solicitação está bem redigida mas encaminhada a entidade errada. Deveriam solicitar o pedido a um juíz para interditar a realização nesta área. Só assim poderão obter êxito.
