GDF altera Decreto para Policiais Militares Veteranos do PTTC
Em 27 de março de 2024 – Redação
O Diário Oficial do Distrito Federal trouxe hoje (27) o Decreto n.º 45.640 que altera o Decreto nº 32.539, que regulamenta a Prestação de Tarefa por Tempo Certo, aplicável aos militares da reserva remunerada e, excepcionalmente, aos reformados, da Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal
As alterações foram as seguintes:
“Art. 6º ……………………………………………………

§ 1º A nomeação referida no caput do presente artigo deverá ocorrer por tempo não superior
a 5 anos, prorrogável por igual período, iniciando-se no primeiro dia do mês.

“Art. 9º Excetuando-se o período de férias regulamentares, ao militar inativo nomeado para
a Prestação de Tarefa por Tempo Certo (PTTC) é vedado o afastamento por período igual
ou superior a 45 dias, contínuos ou não, para cada 12 meses de nomeação ou por fração
correspondente ao período de nomeação, sob qualquer pretexto.” (NR)

h) ao atingir o limite do tempo de prorrogação previsto no § 1º do art. 6º do presente

§ 4º O militar nomeado para Prestação de Tarefa por Tempo Certo (PTTC) que venha a ser
afastado, em caráter total ou temporário, para tratar de saúde própria, que impossibilite sua
frequência ao serviço por período superior a 45 dias, contínuos ou não, enquadra-se, para
fins de exoneração, na letra “g” do inciso II do caput do presente artigo.
§ 5º Na hipótese do parágrafo anterior, é admitida nova nomeação para a mesma tarefa ou
diversa, desde que seja comprovada a superação dos motivos que ensejaram a exoneração.”

Bom dia. Na minha humilde opinião, o policial militar teria que receber no mínimo 70% do bruto e não 30% pra mim é muito humilhante e vergonhoso. Essa é minha visão
A minha opinião é que essa gratificação do PTTC fosse incorporado no contracheque permanente, afinal nós voltamos a ativa embora sem serviço fardado mais estamos fazendo o mesmo serviço que um policial da ativa faz, essa é minha opinião
Venho, com minha humilde opinião dizer que essa condição do pttc é muito bom pra quem tem, dívidas assim como eu ,mas deveria ter um aumento de no mínimo 50% pra suprir as necessidade do serviço, e a vida do policial

Já que está abeerto a opiniões… creio que foi um tiro no pé! Além de mostrar à sociedade que o policial pode ficar trabalhando por mais de trinta e cinco anos na corporação, tira o privelégio de receber os 30% adicionais do PTTC dos recém aposentados, que não terão vagas a preencher, pois os que já estão “mamando em sombra e água fresca” não vão querer sair. Usurpam funções que são próprias dos policiais ativos, retirando a possibilidade desses adquiurirem experiências em chefias. Enfim, muito… mas muito mais que segurança…
Todos os policiais que voltaram ao serviço ativos, tem que ter direito de serem promovidos e mais outro salário, pois o que tem já foi conquistado aos trinta anos de serviço,cobra tudo mas os direitos que é o correto nada quer dar migalhas, é uma vergonha é humilhação o que fazem com os veteranos, e nenhum deputados distritais ou federais juntos com senadores não compram essa injustiça.
O valor oferecido é muito pouco pra quem tá com a vida financeira em ordem. Acredito que os amigos que retornam estão em situações financeiras complicadas ou problema psicológico ligado ao desapego a gloriosa.
Deveria ter um prazo certo, como já está na própria nomenclatura, dando oportunidades á outros, aumentando os valores e com uma promoção após 5 anos, seria mais justo, já é feito assim em alguns Estados, onde os políticos e os próprios (Comando) mais interessados nas melhorias⚡
A verdade é que tem que renovar o efetivo, abrir concurso, colocar noutra geração para trabalhar, isso é mais um ledo engano.
Concordo com você….. Tem que preencher o quadro com concursados novos profissionais…… Este salário oferecido não ajuda em nada o RR que esta com problemas financeiros…… O GDF esta pegando uma mão de obra de qualidade pagando quase nada……. Não crítico quem voltar mais acho injusto demais com os colegas que estão voltando…… Para mim não serve este salário acho que aquí fora tenho capacidade de ganhar melhor…..
Lei da oferta e demanda… Se tem quem quer/precisa… Os 30% resolve o problema! Porém, a bola dos 40 anos de serviço foi levantada.
O problema está no policial militar, quando se fala em dinheiro ele aceita qualquer migalha, as outros classe da segurança pública não entra nessa, deixa o governo abrir concurso e pagar um salário integral para outro, vcs tira pelo svg, o PM paga imposto de renda, e ainda recebe menos que outra categoria, a culpa não está no político e sim no praça.
Aquele que não valoriza seu trabalho e se vende por qualquer migalha não pode ficar reclamando da situação, o direito não socorre os que dormem.
O problema é a falta de orientação que o PM passa e tbm não procura se informar……. Um cálculo simples do quanto ganha e do quanto vaí trabalhar dividido pelas despesas durante o serviço da para se ter uma noção do quanto estará ganhando na hora trabalhada…….. Aí é muito simples saber se sua qualificação esta sendo valorizada ou esta trabalhando abaixo do que mereçe…….. A imensa maioria só pensa no montante final na conta bancária…….. Fiz esta conta logo no início do SVG e cheguei a conclusão de que não valia a pena…… Aí não tirei SVG……
É baboseira de mais, se quando na ativa não se tinha valor, agora na inatividade querem voltar para serem humilhados, velhinhos fiquem em casa, cuidem da saúde, essa PPMM não é mais sua, vá descansar e contentem – se com o que recebem, não vão fazer nada por vcs e não esqueçam LULA É LADRAO!
Quero prestar meu devido respeito e consideração à todos os veteranos e digo a missão está cumprida. Aos guerreiros da ativa as mudanças vem mas com o tempo. Se o valor profissional e humano do policial estivesse em 1°lugar no Brasil estaríamos entre os melhores salários e incentivo para se exercerem as nossas atividades com dignidade e consideração de todas o Governo e a População.

O PTTC na minha opinião é bom para aqueles que saíram da corporação com dívidas no BRB e outros, porém 30% é muito pouco, sendo que vc não recebe os 30%, pois leão come um pedaço.
Na minha opiniao deveriamos receber no minimo 50% do salario não 30% como vem ocorrendo!!
Como, afirmamos e reafirmamos em recentes eleição, não temos outra opção a não ser baixar a cabeça e mais uma dizer sim senhor ao sistema, agora não temos outra opção, a final somos doutrinados a entender que o superior não erra. Porém, quando isso ocorre a cupa é nossa que o induzido ao erro. Assim, hoje sem outra opção, apenas lamentamos não ter outra opção, a não ser dizer “SIM SENHOR”.
