De autoria do deputado distrital Fábio Félix, o Diário Oficial do Distrito Federal publicou hoje (17), a Lei n.º 7.408, que altera o art. 1º da Lei nº 1.954, de 8 de junho de 1998.
Com isso fica obrigado de fornecer as gratuitamente, água potável a clientes e frequentadores as repartições públicas e os estabelecimentos de comercialização de gêneros alimentícios, hotéis, bares, restaurantes, cafés, lanchonetes e congêneres, bem como as danceterias, casas noturnas e assemelhados.
