Servidores que disputarão Olimpíada de Integração da Secretaria de Segurança terão folga
Em 10 de julho de 2024 – Redação
Através da Portaria n.º 59, de 28 de junho de 2024, a Secretaria de Estado de Segurança Pública do Distrito Federal dispôs sobre a concessão de 2 (dois) dias de folgas aos servidores lotados nas unidades da Secretaria de Segurança que irão participar das competições da Olimpíada de Integração da Secretaria de Segurança Pública do Distrito Federal – VII OLINSESP/2024.
Para tal dispensa o Secretário levou em consideração decretos que estabelece como eixo temático de saúde e bem-estar as ações relacionadas aos programas de qualidade de vida no trabalho de prevenção e promoção de saúde e o que preconiza a execução de projetos e ações na área de saúde, de forma integrada com os órgãos da segurança pública do Distrito Federal, com vistas à melhoria da qualidade de vida dos servidores civis e militares no âmbito da Segurança Pública do Distrito Federal.
A OLINSESP é um projeto do Programa DF Mais Seguro – Segurança Integral, que promove a qualidade de vida no trabalho, o aperfeiçoamento das habilidades e atenção à saúde dos profissionais de segurança pública, fomentando o bem-estar físico e mental, com impactos no serviço prestado à sociedade, onde visa incentivar a prática regular de atividades físicas, promovendo saúde física e mental e um estilo de vida saudável.
A compensação pelos dias trabalhados deve ser usufruída de comum acordo com as respectivas chefias, podendo ser usufruída, de forma contínua ou alternada, no prazo de 6 meses, a contar do dia 2 de setembro de 2024, sendo vedada a concessão de folga de servidores caso a data solicitada possa resultar em prejuízo das atividades essenciais da Secretaria e os dias de compensação pela participação nas competições não podem ser convertidos em retribuição pecuniária.
