GDF implementa protocolo de segurança nas maternidades

O Diário Oficial do Distrito Federal, publicou hoje (10), a Lei n.º  7.551, de autoria do Poder Executivo que dispõe sobre a implementação de protocolo de segurança nas maternidades.

O protocolo de segurança servirá para prevenção a raptos de bebês recém-nascidos nas maternidades e unidades de saúde com serviços obstétricos e neonatais no Distrito Federal e todas as maternidades públicas e privadas devem adotar medidas de segurança específicas para prevenir o rapto de bebês recém-nascidos.

O protocolo de segurança deve incluir pulseiras de identificação com código de barras ou chip em todos os recém-nascidos e suas mães; a movimentação do recém-nascido nas dependências da maternidade apenas com o acompanhamento de um familiar ou responsável; o monitoramento por câmeras de segurança em todas as áreas de circulação dos recém-nascidos e nas áreas de acesso restrito, com armazenamento das gravações por um período mínimo de 30 dias; as portas com controle de acesso e zonas de acesso restrito; o controle rigoroso de acesso às unidades neonatais, com identificação e registro de todas as pessoas que entrarem e saírem destas áreas; o treinamento periódico dos profissionais de saúde e segurança sobre procedimentos de segurança e identificação de riscos de rapto;
0 estabelecimento de protocolo de comunicação imediata às autoridades competentes em caso de suspeita ou tentativa de rapto; a orientação às mães e familiares sobre os procedimentos de segurança adotados pela maternidade e sobre como proceder em caso de suspeita ou situação de risco.

O descumprimento das disposições desta Lei sujeita os responsáveis pelas maternidades às sanções administrativas cabíveis, conforme regulamentação a ser estabelecida pelo Poder Executivo.
