Fiscalização da pesca no Lago Paranoá

Em 16 de Janeiro de 2024 – Redação

A fiscalização e prática da pesca no Lago Paranoá agora é disciplinada pela Lei n.º  7.399, de autoria do Deputado Pastor Daniel de Castro.

A lei permite  a prática da pesca no Lago Paranoá com as exceções em locais como à barragem do Lago Paranoá e o Palácio da Alvorada, bem como em locais com elevada concentração de atividades de lazer e prática de esportes náuticos e sobre as pontes.

A lei traz proibições e obrigações, cita a pesca profissional, amadora e esportiva, as infrações e penalidades em caso de descumprimentos e o Poder Executivo precisa regulamenta-la  no prazo máximo de 180 dias.
