Em 24 de maio de 2024 – Redação

O Diário da Câmara Legislativa, trouxe hoje (24) a Proposta de Emenda à Lei Orgânica n.º 2 altera a Lei Orgânica em alguns artigos e entre eles o art. 66, onde garante agora que a Câmara Legislativa reúne-se no dia 6 de janeiro, sendo do primeiro ano de cada legislatura para a posse dos deputados distritais, eleição e posse dos membros da Mesa Diretora e posse do governador e vice-governador.

Dentre outras mudanças na Lei Orgânica o art. 60 trouxe que o processo legislativo de fixar por lei o subsídio do governador, do vice-governador, dos secretários de Estado e dos administradores regionais, bem como o subsídio dos deputados distritais. Vale lembrar da eleição para a Mesa Diretora da Câmara Legislativa que o mandado dos dos membros é de 2 anos, permitida uma única reeleição para o mesmo cargo, na mesma legislatura ou na seguinte.
