Deputada Paula Belmonte fala sobre importância da Primeira Infância em visita institucional ao TJDFT

A importância do investimento na Primeira Infância esteve entre os temas abordados na primeira visita institucional da Deputada Distrital Paula Belmonte ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justiça do Distrito Federal e dos Territórios (TJDFT), Desembargador Waldir Leôncio Júnior, nessa segunda-feira, 30/9. A vinda ao Tribunal integra  uma série de visitas da Parlamentar enquanto Presidente da Comissão de Fiscalização, Governança, Transparência e Controle da Câmara Legislativa do Distrito Federal (CLDF).

Além de representar a comissão da Câmara Legislativa, a Deputada Paula Belmonte destacou que o intuito da visita foi estreitar os laços entre o Legislativo e o Judiciário do DF. “É importante estarmos sempre trabalhando juntos para o bem da nossa cidade”, disse a parlamentar. O Presidente agradeceu a iniciativa e se colocou à disposição para seguir fortalecendo a boa gestão do DF. Ele ressaltou  ainda os projetos em que a Câmara Legislativa atua como parceira do Tribunal.

Durante a visita, o Presidente do TJDFT e a Parlamentar, integrante da Comissão Externa sobre Políticas para a Primeira Infância, também falaram sobre políticas para o público infantojuvenil.

Paula Belmonte lembrou a realidade de vulnerabilidade socioeconômica de muitos jovens do DF e falou de projeto para maior aproximação entre eles e a Administração Pública. “A responsabilidade de proporcionar um futuro de qualidade não é só da família, é nossa”, defendeu a deputada.

O Desembargador Waldir Leôncio Júnior destacou a importância desse investimento preventivo na infância e juventude. “Para termos um futuro melhor, a melhor solução é a educação, a saúde, a atenção à Primeira Infância”, defendeu o Presidente do TJDFT. O Tribunal também trabalha projetos para  aproximar-se do público infantojuvenil.

O Secretário-Geral do TJDFT, Celso de Oliveira, também participou da reunião.


Protagonismo da Infância

O TJDFT assumiu uma posição de protagonismo no tema da infância e juventude. O Tribunal é um dos signatários da Política Judiciária Nacional para a Primeira Infância, instituída pela Resolução 470/2022 do CNJ para promover a garantia integral e integrada de direitos relativos à primeira infância. Para implementar a política no DF, o Tribunal, em parceria com atores locais, elaborou o Plano de Ação da Política Judiciária para a Primeira Infância do DF. O documento é dividido em 12 eixos, com iniciativas de curto, médio e longo prazo.

A dedicação do Tribunal à causa foi reconhecida na Sessão Solene especial da Câmara Legislativa do DF, “Homenagem ao Mês da Primeira Infância”, realizada em agosto. Juízes(as) e servidores(as) do TJDFT receberam moção de louvor em reconhecimento pelo trabalho desenvolvido em prol do público infantojuvenil.
